Ruffoni Pasta insert

As Italians, we don't simply eat pasta, we honor and celebrate it! That's the reason why we have created a specific pasta insert for your Ruffoni pot.

The pasta insert allows you to easily take all of your pasta out of the water when it's perfectly al dente, and drop it straight into the sauce. The starchy cooking water will not be lost to the kitchen drain this way, and you will be able to add it to your pasta sauce, making an extra creamy sauce that will stick to the pasta even better.

Entirely made of stainless steel, it is suitable for our Opus Prima, Opus Cupra, Symphonia Prima, and Symphonia Cupra, stockpots, and can be safely washed in the dishwasher.
